The vision for the AAfro Princess is not just local it is international. This series was created to give young girls of color a character who looks like them, reflects their heritage, and speaks to their value in Christ. At present, the global market of children’s entertainment is dominated by Disney Princesses, many of whom do not reflect women of color. The AAfro Princess was born to fill that gap — to affirm identity, inspire confidence, and establish a legacy.

Our goal is to sell 1 million copies internationally within the next two years if not sooner. This is not only to establish the legitimacy of the series, but also to invest in the future of the real-life Jordan, the inspiration for the AAfro Princess, as she prepares for her college career.

The target audience is families of color worldwide, with a specific focus on young girls. We want to market directly to these families with campaigns that combine:
• Representation and relatability: showing that every girl of color deserves to see herself as royalty.
• Cultural and faith-based storytelling: rooted in values that affirm both identity and character.
• International reach: strategic marketing across North America, Africa, the Caribbean, and Europe where large communities of color are present.

We see the AAfro Princess growing into a global brand with books, events, products, and eventually media that rivals the Disney Princess line while centering the voices, images, and dreams of girls of color.
