Award-winning publisher, author, literary visionary, entrepreneur, wellness educator, and transformational leader, Cayonna Prince has devoted her life's work to helping others discover the extraordinary power hidden within ordinary stories. She believes every life carries a message worthy of preservation, every voice deserves to be heard, and every book has the potential to change a generation.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, and now residing in Texas with her husband, Anthony Prince, Cayonna is the proud matriarch of a beautifully blended family of eight children and eleven grandchildren. Family remains the heartbeat of her purpose and the inspiration behind her lifelong commitment to faith, literacy, healing, and community service.

Her life has never followed a straight path. Instead, it has unfolded as a tapestry woven with service, compassion, entrepreneurship, and an unwavering belief that purpose is discovered through process.

In 1999, Cayonna (then Evangelist Morgan) served as Director of LAW (Labourers at Work) for Labourers for Jesus Church and Ministries (LFJC) in Baltimore, Maryland, where she mobilized volunteers and developed ministries dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through faith in action.

She later accepted the role of Director of Operations for Configuration, Inc., a government contractor serving the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. There, she refined the executive leadership, operational strategy, and organizational excellence that would become the cornerstone of her entrepreneurial success.

Throughout the early 2000s, Cayonna's professional journey continued to reflect both her compassion for people and her gift for leadership. She served as Property Manager for Peirce Properties, embracing the organization's mission of helping financially underserved families realize the dream of homeownership. To Cayonna, managing properties was never merely about real estate—it was about opening doors to stability, restoring hope, and helping families build generational wealth.

Her heart for service soon led her into the field of human services. She worked in group homes throughout Georgia and Florida, providing compassionate care and daily support for individuals living with mental and physical disabilities. Those years strengthened her belief that every person deserves dignity, patience, and the opportunity to thrive regardless of life's circumstances.

Her calling to care for others continued in California hospice care, where she walked beside patients and their families during life's most sacred transition. Offering comfort, compassion, and peace during their most vulnerable moments profoundly shaped her understanding of servant leadership, healing, and the immeasurable value of every human life. These experiences became foundational to the empathy and grace that define both her personal life and professional mission today.

In 2007, Cayonna founded Total Office Logistics, providing professional business support services throughout the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region. As a successful entrepreneur, she helped businesses streamline operations while continuing to cultivate the leadership and organizational excellence that would prepare her for an even greater purpose.

That purpose expanded in 2018, when she became Director of Administration for the National Kids Hoops Association (NKHA), a nonprofit organization founded by her husband Anthony Prince. NKHA was committed to helping student-athletes transform athletic talent into educational opportunity. Embracing the organization's inspiring mission—"From the Court to the Degree... and Beyond"—she helped strengthen operations while supporting programs that equipped young people with the tools, mentorship, and encouragement to pursue higher education, leadership, and lifelong success. The experience affirmed her belief that true impact is measured not by the positions we hold, but by the lives we help elevate.

Every chapter of her journey—from ministry and corporate leadership to healthcare, entrepreneurship, education, and nonprofit service—was preparing her for the work that would become her life's calling.

That calling became Global Butterfly Effects (GBE).

As Founder and CEO, Cayonna transformed GBE into far more than an independent publishing company. It is a movement dedicated to preserving voices, empowering storytellers, and creating literary legacies. Affectionately known as "The Process Partner," she has guided countless aspiring writers, artists, and leaders through every stage of starting the journey—from ideas to masterpieces—through spirit-led professional strategy and creative direction.

Her publishing philosophy is simple:

As an accomplished author, Cayonna writes with honesty, courage, and compassion. Her published works—including The Sister Faith's Diaries Series, Metamorphosis, and Rest & Reset—invite readers into conversations about faith, healing, resilience, identity, and personal maturity. Her writing reminds readers that our deepest wounds often become the birthplace of our greatest purpose.

Her passion for transformation extends beyond literature.

As a certified Yoga Instructor, Pilates Instructor, Nutritionist, facilitator of Guided Meditation, and practitioner of Breathwork, Cayonna has dedicated herself to helping individuals restore harmony between spirit, mind, and body. Whether teaching wellness, mentoring entrepreneurs, or coaching first-time authors, she believes healing is intentional and transformation is available to everyone willing to embrace the process.

Her influence extends across organizations committed to literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership, and community impact. Cayonna proudly serves with PUSHER Life, where she joins others in healing out loud, empowering communities through transparency, restoration, and hope.

She is an active member of the African American Authors Collaborative (AAAC), where cultural voices are established, preserved, and celebrated through the written word. She is also a member of Power Woman, a global network of women impacting the world through leadership and influence, and the Global Society for Female Entrepreneurs (GSFE), where women are encouraged to build businesses that create meaningful change.

Additionally, Cayonna is a proud member of the FEW Foundation (Families Empowered to Win), participating in the 100 Black-Authored Books for Children Project, an initiative committed to ensuring that future generations see themselves reflected in the stories they read and the heroes they admire.

Beyond publishing and wellness, Cayonna is an accomplished breeder, puppy-whelper, and caretaker of the majestic Cane Corso. Through her work with Anthon at RSK Ranch, she personally oversees every stage of breeding, whelping, and raising their dogs with the same intentional care, patience, and excellence that define every area of her life.

Whether she is publishing books, mentoring authors, teaching wellness, caring for families, serving student-athletes, or uplifting communities, Cayonna Prince leads with quiet strength, unwavering faith, and a heart devoted to seeing people personally and individually mature.

She believes butterflies are not admired because they escaped the struggle.

They are admired because they endured the chrysalis... and emerged with wings capable of changing the world.
